I'm very sorry to announce that I will not longer be able to do one-on-one Confidence Coaching or Workshops due to health issues. I have enjoyed connecting with so many wonderful people over the past few years and it is my hope that I have been able to influence many of you in a positive way and that you are now able to face life with a different perspective.
However, I am concerned about the lack of support services for people who are dealing with issues that stem from lack of confidence so I have created some video presentations that can be used interactively with my workbook so you will gain the same information and insight that you would receive during a coaching session or workshop.
Here is how it will work:
WHAT CAN THESE SELF-GUIDED SESSIONS DO FOR YOU?
These visual presentations/workbook activities are based on Confidence Coaching principles that help people develop confidence and build self-esteem through teaching and activities. You will be guided to implement new skills, encouraged to make positive changes and taught how to set realistic goals. You will be given information and shown strategies to help you find your own solutions and encourage actions through a program that is non-threatening and supportive. It is NOT a replacement for any type of therapy, counselling or consulting or any other necessary professional services. This process has worked for me personally and it can work for you too.
